In general, I’ve always had a good experience with Mrs Bzzz. They have always been professional and they do quality work. I’ve been a customer for several years now. The exterminator for my past several visits was Tito. He was very professional, friendly and helpful.

I was in need of of an exterminator for cave crickets and I live in Sussex county . I contacted Mrs. Bzzz. and within 15 minutes Brian got back to me. Two days later he was at my house and after explaining everything to me in a professional manner he took care of the problem at reasonable price. Very personable. Service was good, but miscommunication from the owner led to confusion, and he later only spoke to us with blunt, abrasive messages while rejecting any fault in the matter. We found some German cockroaches in our home and hired Mrs. Bzzz for extermination services. The owner initially spoke with my wife with some information on the process and scheduled the first of two appointments. We were told the technician would arrive within a set window, and we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He showed up exactly at 10AM without us ever receiving a call, and the technician told us that he was just told to come at 10. Not a huge deal, as the technician was patient as we prepared for him to begin (we needed to move our pets outside). All we were told about the second appointment was that there would be a follow-up in 14 days. Our only email receipt noted “Allow 14 days for control. Thank you.” 14 days later was a Monday, so we were unable to get in touch with Mrs. Bzzz to confirm. We spent time on Sunday clearing out our kitchen to prepare for the technician’s arrival and avoid the rush that we had faced during the first appointment. First thing Monday morning, my wife called the company. The owner told us that our appointment was one week later. When she pointed out that we were told 14 days, the owner denied it and became defensive. I now believe he thinks “follow-up” only means a follow up phone call and not a follow-up appointment, which of course is confusing if you provide no clarification. He also said a few contradictory things that didn’t quite match with that idea—specifically that 14 days meant 14 business days (something that hadn’t been mentioned until then, and our second appointment ended up being 15 business days later), and that they already had scheduled a second appointment for us (also the first time we were hearing that, and it makes you wonder why they don’t just don’t tell you that over the initial call). He also kept repeating “We’ve been in business for 30 years” instead of answering her questions or making any attempt to acknowledge any fault in the miscommunication. I later tried to call the company, but they were only responding via text. Over text, the owner was instantly curt with me , accusing me of trying to “pressure” him into something he said was already communicated to me. Not really sure what that meant, but probably not a great way to kick off a conversation with your customer. He continued to not answer my questions, so I pointed out all the miscommunication we had received from him and how we never did receive a call when the technician was on his way (something the owner still hasn’t addressed). His response was for me to stop messaging them—at this point I am still a customer who has only received a portion of the service I have paid for and have not had my questions answered. He once again became defensive, claiming that I was calling him a liar—something no one did; all I wanted was for him to answer my questions and give the slightest acknowledgement of a miscommunication. The worst part was he doubled down on it all being my wife’s fault. He has also claimed that this information was clear in our confirmation email, but we did not receive a confirmation email (not even in spam). The only email we received was from the technician after he completed the first service, and it contains none of this information. What’s crazy is that none of this needed to be a big issue at all. It’s not a big deal if you forget to mention something over the phone or fail to convey your meaning. I get it—it’s hard to deal with a customer issue first thing in the morning. But being so stubborn and completely rejecting any fault by trying to gaslight your customers is just not okay. I guess they do the job, but it might not be worth it to be treated poorly by the owner. Update: I appreciate the owner being more cordial here, but he continues to conveniently stretch the truth. We DID clean out our cabinets before the technician came. Why can't this guy just accept fault?

After getting stung several times I knew this was not going to work for me. I was having issues with ground bees as well a nest within the eve of my house. I called Mrs. Buzz and their quick response was reassuring. They arrived on time and were very professional. They treated the nests and my house and property where the bees usually are. Within hours the ground bees were gone and the next day the ones in the eve were gone as well. Extremely satisfied with the service!

Mrs.bzzz is fantastic. We had a wasp issue and the first round took care of 95% of the issue but after a week we were still getting some bees in the house. It was so simple to reschedule another treatment. I definitely think this will take care of the issue! They are super responsive and very effective at what they do!

A real, no-nonsense company who knows the pest control business, from the office staff to the owner who visited my home personally. They saved me thousands of dollars I was considering on spending for other possible treatments. Being a commercial contractor for over 30 years, I know how to identify quality and they have it. I called them because I had 2 ,either wasps or hornets, nests on my property. They were able to fit me in later on that day and the tech, Tito, irradicated those nests without any further incident. I would highly recommend them.

I called up Mrs Bzzz and they responded immediately and were able to come out to my house so quickly. We had some wasp nests around the house. Tommy came out and sprayed and within a day the issues were resolved. Under their plan, we’ll have quarterly check ins so I feel really confident that our house will be in really good shape. Tommy was also really knowledgeable and cared about resolving our issues. I’m really happy I called and look forward to being one of their customers.

When I called Mrs.BZZZ, it was promptly responded with courteous person. Explained the process well and on cost structure. Brian came in next day as promised and sprayed the chemicals. I signed up for the annual maintenance as well. So far, everything seems to be as promised. Hoping to see good results in coming weeks and months.
